Welcome to our family home on the Côte d’Azur
On the edge of Provence, tucked among the rolling hills of the authentic village of La Cadière-d’Azur, lies our special family home. A place where generations of memories were made, and where I grew up.
Today, we’re delighted to open the doors of this unique property so that others can enjoy its tranquillity, charm and character.
The spacious Provençal villa is surrounded by a beautiful 5,000 m² garden and breathes the spirit of life in the South of France.
Here, nature, authenticity and refinement come together in perfect harmony. The Mediterranean Sea and the beaches of Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer and Bandol are just a ten-minute drive away. The picturesque village of Cassis, the vibrant port city of Marseille, and the striking Calanques nature reserve are also close by. Fancy a refreshing swim in the sea today, or would you rather relax by the pool? Here, you never have to choose just one.

A spacious family home full of character
The villa has six comfortable double bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a separate children’s room with four single beds — making it ideally suited to large families or groups wanting to stay together without compromising on comfort.
The shared living spaces have been furnished with great care and attention to detail. High-quality materials, authentic features and a distinctive collection of art and antiques give the home a warm, elegant character. Every room tells its own story, reflecting the spirit of a house that has been a cherished gathering place for family and friends for many years.
The fully equipped kitchen is designed for those who love cooking and dining together. It includes an oven, a steam oven, a hob, a plancha or teppanyaki grill, and a plate warmer — everything you need to prepare anything from simple meals to elaborate dinners with family and friends.
The bedrooms are furnished more simply by design, so they offer a sense of calm and serenity after a day full of sun, sea and discovery. Three bedrooms are fitted with an older air-conditioning system that provides welcome relief on hot summer days.
Four bathrooms are generously sized, each with both a bathtub and a separate shower. There are also two simpler bathrooms, each fitted with either a bath or a shower, ensuring everyone enjoys plenty of privacy and comfort. The pool house also has its own bathroom with a toilet and shower.
Young families are warmly welcome too. The house is fully equipped for small children, with three cots, three high chairs and a range of amenities that make a stay with little ones easy and enjoyable.
The swimming pool
Surrounded by swaying palm trees, ancient olive trees and the scents of the Mediterranean garden, our pool sits like a turquoise oasis of calm.
This is where the real holiday feeling begins. The soft rustle of leaves in the summer breeze, the warm light dancing across the water, and the shady spots where you can lose hours to a good book, a glass of rosé, or an easy conversation.
The pool invites long, slow days: a refreshing dip after exploring Provence, a lazy afternoon under the trees, or a magical moment as the sun slips behind the hills.
Surrounded by nature and the unmistakable colours of the South of France, this spot feels like a little piece of paradise on the Côte d’Azur — a place where time briefly stops mattering, and Provence reveals itself at its very best.
A garden made for enjoying life
The expansive garden is, without doubt, the heart of the property. This 5,000 m² green oasis offers complete peace, privacy and an abundance of Mediterranean planting. Majestic palm trees, fragrant mimosas and a rich variety of Provençal trees, cacti, shrubs and flowers create an inviting backdrop all year round.
At the heart of the garden lies a generous, luxurious swimming pool, surrounded by sixteen comfortable sun loungers where you can soak up the southern French sun in complete peace.
The charming pool house has a compact, practical kitchen — perfect for preparing drinks, a light lunch, or a summer aperitif. There’s also a bathroom with toilet and shower, so everything you need for a carefree day by the pool is right at hand.
Fans of the Provençal outdoor lifestyle can challenge each other on the spacious pétanque court, while children are free to play in the safe, green surroundings.
The stately driveway leads you to the villa, where ample parking is available on the private grounds.
